It is currently not yet supported to move a server (change the host name or the port). As soon as the server's URL changes, the synchronisation of all clients fails and there's nothing the user can do about it.
It should be possible to move a server (new hostname or port) and manually modify the server's URL in the GUI client. This should automatically update all remote-URLs registered inside the checked-out working copies (a.k.a. local repositories).
