Check on 'node_modules' prevents jasmine-node's own tests being run #8

When installing jasmine-node on Windows, it is installed into 'node_modules' in my project directory. If I try to run the sample specs, they are not found. The problem looks to be a check on line 24 of spec-collection.js:

            if (!/.*node_modules.*/.test(file) && matcher.test(path.basename(file))) {

If the first part of the check is removed I can run (on Windows) something like:

node node_modules\jasmine-node\lib\jasmine-node\cli.js node_modules\jasmine-node\spec

(Note due to the full path check it makes no difference if I cd into the jasmine-node directory).
