Allow specifying that you don't want/require the mode to be changed #13

Example: When you mkdirp /tmp or so, you don't want to fail because the user can't set the mode. Npm seems to be doing that, at least when used by jitsu deploy.

Hm. I think this should probably not be done in mkdirp at all, and npm should just lstat the thing first.
