This module seems to fail in windows azure, I'm still trying to work out why but I have the following stack trace:

Error: Cannot find module 'debounce'

@ForbesLindesay

Via a little hacking about I've tracked down the issue. The problem is that windows azure does some kind of network share style semantics for its file system. This means that paths can't start with / or C:\\, they must instead start with \\ (i.e. the string '\\\\')
