Hello guys,

First off all, that's probably more of a request for information than an issue with this handbook.

I've been using node for about a year and it's always been a mystery to me how error handling should work on streams. On the example about the HTTP server serving a file, how would it behave if it began serving the file, and the read stream breaks (eg. hw failure) during the transfer ? I don't think HTTP handles correctly having 2 answers, does it ?

I'd also love a part showing error handling on multiple piped streams, maybe read stream > tar > gzip > write stream ?

Most of the streams examples one can find on the web never deal with error conditions, I think it would help a lot of people do things the right way.
