My first attempt to create an app that draws a movable transparent pane on the desktop

• Functionality

The following functionality is available:

• Increase/reduce the width of the hole using "f" or "t"
• Increase/reduce the height of the hole using "b" or "s"
• Increase/reduce the alpha of surrounding area using "i" or "d"
• Move the hole using arrow keys
• Invert colors of the desktop using "n"
• Point the hole to a certain location using "p"
