This may be an issue with our mirrors?

Reference: sugarlabs/browse-activity#51

Browse saves the .xo bundles as octet-stream and the Journal doesn't recognize / install them as a result. This is with Browse 200.

It will be interesting to find out if we can give MIME type changes to our mirror hosts; first step may be to identify the mirrors. I know mirror.aarnet.edu.au is one.

sugarlabs/browse-activity@16d9671 fixes Browse for servers such as activities.sugarlabs.org that send a content-type of application/octet-stream.
