Increase the size of the Paned controls and show separator pane icon.

This patch increase the size of the paned controls for be more
accessible in touch/small screens.

Its add a icon (pane-separator) for be more easy to see

Tested in Xo-4.

Fixes SL#4058

Discussion on ticket SL#4058 was about if Paned widgets should be used in activities since other touch interfaces don't have paned widgets.
Activities with lists in the left part of the screen should include a button to hide the list.

HI @sdanielf, do you have a link to that decision? I can't find it in the ticket comments.

I think we included show/hide buttons in the activities. If someone is missing, fill a ticket for the specific activity.
