Reproducer: open My Settings, click on About my Computer.

Expected result: About my Computer panel shown.

Observed result: check button appears top right, and shell.log contains;

1565769058.535075 WARNING ControlPanel - AboutComputer:
Cannot connect to NetworkManager, falling back to static list of devices

Message is irrelevant, and incorrect. Fixed the message in a private branch.
