Question answered here:

we want to check permissions, i.e., can an agent (some user or group) perform an action (one of the actions supported by TACO - CRUD) upon a specific resource (represented by DRUID or UUID, optionally filtered by version) or type of resource (if new deposit).
where do expect what data for checking these permissions against the Permissions Service
