Changes made in code view do not save until returning to wysiwyg view #1996

steps to reproduce

  1. Open a WYSIWYG editor
  2. Go to code view
  3. Make changes
  4. Submit form without leaving code view

browser version and os version

Chrome on Windows and Chrome on Linux

This is the standard behaviour of Summernote.

you can manually switch the view on form submit if the code view is active.
function switchHtmlCodeViewToNormalView() {
try{
$('.btn-codeview.active').click();
}catch(e){
///
};
}

in form submit:
onclick="switchHtmlCodeViewToNormalView();return true;"
