Adaptive Functional Principal Components Analysis

FDAdapt is a R package for estimating the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of functional data in an adaptive manner.

Installation

To install the latest version directly from Github, please use

devtools::install_github("sunnywang93/FDAdapt")

Please note that R version >= 4.1.0 is required.
