Sunspot should optionally timeout certain requests to Solr #154

Networking issue? DNS not resolving? EBS or ELB having a fit? Sunspot could help by timing out some requests rather than wait for net/http to run its full default 60 seconds.

@robdimarco robdimarco Fix for issue #154. This patch creates an optional configuration
element called read_timeout.  The read_timeout is passed along to
the RSolr connection to allow for the Net::HTTP read_timeout attribute
to be set.
