    Seems like GLEW is a bad idea on Mac, so we'll use OpenGL directly.
    Mac doesn't like the GLU functions apparently, but we suppress that.
    Added cwd/pwd and chdir/cd commands
    Updated Mac .app meta data

    Add clipboard support
    Use Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to copy and paste in the console.
