Can't start on macOS : Gatekeeper stuck...

Description

Hi ! I just downloaded SuperTuxKart 1.3 on my MacBook (an Early 2015 model with an i7 and 16 GB of RAM), the 1.2 version was working fine on it. When I started the new version, GateKeeper began it's check...But got stuck, with half of the progress bar filled. I tried several times, restarted the computer, checked if GateKeeper was allowing every developper, and...yes, so...I don't know what to do...

Steps to reproduce

Simply download the last version on a Mac and try to run it...

Configuration

1.3

STK Source (PPA, distribution package, official binary, etc.):
Official Binary

System:
macOS Mojave 10.14.6

Graphics card:
Intel Iris Graphics 6100

CPU:
Intel Core i7-5557U @3.1 GHz

Integrated MacBook keyboard

I have exactly the same problem.
1.2 worked fine.
Installed 1.3 - GateKeeper gets stuck.
Tried setting the rights to 777 - did not help.
Uninstalled everything and the installed 1.3 - did not work.

So 1.3 does not work on macOS.

I have macOS Mojave.
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
4,2 GHz Intel Core i7
40 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

1.3 works even on apple M1 devices so I think old (mojave?) macOS doesn't handle arm64 + x86_64 flat binary correctly

Just Control-click the app icon, then choose Open from the shortcut menu and click open

Same here unfortunately, won't start on my High Sierra Intel macs. It gets about 2/3 through verifying and just stays there.
