Final execution issue

Good evening, when I click "Open" and "Run" at the file PyPredT6 and Enter on the IDE type "PyPredT6()", the file entry box does not appear. What could be the problem? Thank you!
pypredt6-2.txt.
Where "PyPredT6()" has to be copied?
"Run" gives me 3 options: Python shell, Check module and Run module. Which one do I have to choose?
