`bind:files` not in IntelliSense

Describe the bug
The bind:files attribute does not show in IntelliSense.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Create an input with the type="file" attribute.
• Look for the (missing) bind:files attribute in the IntelliSense suggestions.

Expected behavior
bind:files should be listed in the suggestions
