Add space before "%" percentage sign

    tordans authored
In German, the rule is to have a space before the percentage sign.

    Reference a: http://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Prozent `Beispiel: 5 Prozent oder 5 %`

Even better would be to use a non breaking space but that would break a lot of views, so I changed it to a simple space here.

The currency format and delimiter for PT locale (Portuguese) is WRONG.
  2. @NilAndNull

The currency format and delimiter for PT locale (Portugal) is WRONG.

    NilAndNull authored
The typographic guide for Portugal is for example '1 000,00 €' and not '€1000.00'. You can verify this by consulting the official EU guide for Portugal:
    http://publications.europa.eu/code/pt/pt-370303.htm

Attention: If you change the locale on the page http://publications.europa.eu/code/pt/pt-370303.htm to English (en), they will change the convention for UK convention which it's different that the Portugal convention (I don't know why they do that...).

Another simple way to verify this, if you have Mac OS X, go to Settings, Language and Region and change the region to Portugal or add Portuguese (Portugal) language. See the example that is returned.

    Please correct this. Thank you.

    Improve some italian translations

    mdesantis authored
    Reasons:

    - `it.errors.messages.greater_than`: "maggiore" is more natural than "superiore", and "maggiore" is followed by "di" instead of "a"
    - `it.errors.messages.greater_than_or_equal_to`: "uguale" is followed by "a" instead of "di"
    - `it.errors.messages.inclusion`: "non è compreso tra le opzioni disponibili" is clearer than "non è incluso nella lista"
    - `it.errors.messages.less_than`: "minore" is followed by "di" instead of "a"
    - `it.errors.messages.less_than_or_equal_to`: "uguale" is followed by "a" instead of "di"
    - `it.errors.messages.not_an_integer`: "non è un numero intero" is clearer than "non è un intero"
    - `it.errors.messages.taken`: "è già presente" is more natural than "è già in uso"
    - `it.errors.messages.template.body`: italian language doesn't use "per favore" for warning, suggestion and ban messages
    - `it.helpers.select.prompt`: italian language doesn't use "per favore" for warning, suggestion and ban messages
