Add AutoMocking support for NSubstitute #22

  • added to OptionalExtras.
  • moved to OptionalExtras for continuity.
  • documentation modified to cover both Moq and NSubstitute libraries.

AutoSubstitute contains a modification of the ZenjectMoqExtension class which now - obviously - supports auto mocking with NSubstitute. Unit tests and a working library is provided in the package.

Both AutoMoq and AutoSubstitute archives are placed in the OptionalExtras directory. As the extracted folders need to be placed inside an OptionalExtras path.

Documentation for Auto Mocking has been modified.
The intro to mocking has become more generic. And NSubstitute has been added.
Also the installation instructions for Moq has been tweaked.
Note: the documentation could need an extra eye. As I am not a native English speaker.
