Compability problems with vscode 1.53 - 1.54 #306

Today noticed some incompatibilities with the latest version of vscode.

At least follow link looks broken and image preview (markdown preview works though):

The rest seems to work as before.

Opened related issues, as temp workaround VSCode 1.52 (November 2020) can be downloaded from this page.

Found a way to address the issue with the "follow link" parsing (fix coming in version 0.3.4), but image preview is still a problem.

Added a note about limited support to preview.
