OAS3: Path & Operation Servers #3972

Adds support for operation and path-level servers.


  • Some baseline OAS3 state tests
  • Reorganization and improvements of Servers styles

Technical debt:

  • We're using this.forceRender() in a couple of places. It won't hurt anything, but it isn't a best practice.

Motivation and Context

Fixes #3820.

⚠️ Depends on swagger-api/swagger-js#1192.
