This was brought up in a discussion at #690, where @peterjc pointed out that some points of the lesson (namely Episode 06 and a part of the _extras/discuss have inconsistent formatting when reporting the output of git status. The outputs in Episode 06 and the extras should be formatted to not have # signs so that they are consistent with the rest of the lesson.
