Added some solutions to the History chapter, and corrected some typos.

Two points:

  1. Don't use the word "fetch" here. If students remember this answer exactly, it might become a source of confusion for them in the future.
  2. Your explanation is not correct. git checkout HEAD does nothing because in such a syntax git checkout acts on a HEAD pointer and git checkout HEAD means literally "move HEAD to point to HEAD".
