Can teaching class(), dim(), nrow() and ncol() be merged to teach str()? #342

str() is actually already mentioned in the supplementary episode (13), http://swcarpentry.github.io/r-novice-inflammation/13-supp-data-structures/index.html. Perhaps all is needed is adding a note that this function can supersede the others in terms of usefulness? It's not really explained.
