Replace all mentions of "database manager" with "database engine". "Database management system" would also be an acceptable substitute for "database manager".

Please see the issue I created, #297 for more context.

A database manager is a person. A database engine is the software that
"enables users to define, create, maintain and control access to the
database". Source:
[Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Database#Database_management_system).

Thanks @kairstenfay for the PR. I do recommend that you separate the issues into separate PRs

  1. Trim trailing whitespace
  2. Rename database manager to database engine.

For the case of major changes like Rename database manager to database engine the mentors will have to discus and will get back to you on that.

I think it's worth introducing the term "management system" since it's commonly used as well (and the abbreviation DBMS).

I'm not sure if it's the right term to use throughout the whole lesson, but Wikipedia mentions "The core part of the DBMS interacting between the database and the application interface sometimes referred to as the database engine." and that is how I feel about it. I'd expect "database engine" to be only a part of the system, the part running queries ("SQL engine") which sits on top of a "storage engine".

"Database system" would also be an appropriate replacement for "database manager".
