org-brain: Adding link to file open do edit makes link appear in cursor location #11824

Description :octocat:

When adding a link to a node, if the file containing a node is open the link will be inserted at the cursor location.

Reproduction guide 馃悶

  • Start Emacs
  • SPC a o b (org-brain-visualize)
  • (Start a new brain)
  • Add a header child (h)
  • Open file for edit (o)
  • Add link (l)

Observed behaviour: 馃憖 馃挃
The link is added where cursor is located.

Expected behaviour: 鉂わ笍 馃槃
The link is added depending on currently open node.

I have reinstalled spacemacs with no result. The issue is consistent.
