Work-around

  • Start Emacs in macos
  • Edit an orgmode buffer

Observed behaviour: 馃憖 馃挃
"File /tmp/screenshot.png does not exist"

Expected behaviour: 鉂わ笍 馃槃

By the way

There's something wrong with the built in, recommended issue-reporting. It copied garbage and I submitted the garbage as issue #8478 in case that's helpful.
