mosaicSupplyChangeTransactionDTO Should return `action ` rather than `direction`

Expected behavior : mosaicSupplyChangeTransactionDTO should return action either 1 or 0

Actual behavior : it return direction with undefined.

Steps to reproduce the problem.
Just request a transaction with mosaicSupplyChange Type in 0.14 SDK.
