  1. Use a high DPI monitor (e.g. 4k, etc)
  2. Set scaling to anything greater than 100% on Windows
  3. See that the config app main window renders tiny (unaffected by scaling)

Part of this fix also changes the core code (synergys and synergyc) so this might also fix some issues where cursors are disappearing halfway across the screen.
