This updates the list of slow & veryslow tests so that one can use the pytest options --quickcheck and --veryquickcheck.

I came across two test failures when running the test suite (see gh-13062). Running all tests takes about 10h.

EDIT: after this update we can again run ~80% of the tests in about 2 minutes:

$ pytest --veryquickcheck
===== 4 failed, 5718 passed, 1634 skipped, 267 xfailed, 6 xpassed, 1 pytest-warnings in 113.11 seconds =====

(test failures related to pytest not handling our deprecation warnings)
