Incorrect file info passed as argument to delete existing dir/symlink #5654

This is the same as #5616, just that it also affects dirs/symlinks. The log in #5641 (comment) shows that when a symlink should be replaced with a directory, syncthing complains that the directory is not empty when trying to remove the symlink.

@calmh This is not RC material, but it might be nasty and simple enough to consider including the fix in the current RC anyway?
