Make sure the internal mutex created on exit is kept alive as long as the app is running #4

The mutex used to make the updater wait until the caller application is closed may be being dismissed too early. Perhaps it needs to be declared in a broader scope, and be disposed of only when UpdateManager.Instance is being disposed. If the mutex is cleaned up as part of the GC process, that could be a simple solution (though not elegant).
