Fee estimation

Update all parts of the app where fee estimation is needed to make use of the new calculateTotalFee method.

To do (non-exhaustive list)

• Send - review screen Send Custom Speed #281
• External node - confirm screen - External node fees #231
• Transfer - for calculations, etc(?)
• Transaction boost
