chore(node-analyzer): bump sysdig/vuln-host-scanner to v0.6.5

What this PR does / why we need it:

Extended Changelog:

• Hostscanner bumped to 0.6.5
  • Fixed a bug that could cause the host-scanner go in crash loop backoff due to a missing timeout when retrieving AWS labels
