RANDOM_DELAY should translate to RandomizedDelaySec, not AccuracySec #35

AccuracySec does not randomly stagger timers (see this long discussion). RandomizedDelaySec was recently added to support this feature: systemd/systemd@6f5d799

I plan to add this on systemd-cron python implentation too
systemd-cron/systemd-cron#45

Thank you for pointing it out. I will take care of the issue this Friday. If you can fix it sooner, your PR will be most appreciated! The fix shouldn't be very hard, even if you don't know Rust.
