meson: should not find "nonexistingprogram" when "xsltproc" not found #7232

Arch Linux

In case of bug report: Expected behaviour you didn't see

When the package libxslt is not installed, meson build should stop and show the following line:

Program "xsltproc" not found or not executable

In case of bug report: Unexpected behaviour you saw

Tried to use not-found external program 'nonexistingprogram' in "command"

In case of bug report: Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Uninstall libxslt
  2. meson build

Notes

After pacman -S libxslt, meson build is fine.
