Where's the orchestration part? #5

The word orchestration is mentioned in the title, but then nowhere else anymore...
I've been searching for pointers and info on exactly that topic, and I'd guess to find it under automation, but that's empty so far, with not pointer so far what there will be.

Just a hint from a reader :)

Thanks for the suggestion, it is not easy to find a clear border between some of the SCM/DevOps topics, but I think you are right. I just renamed the Environment Configuration chapter to Infrastructure Orchestration with adding a small comment like below:

The concept of Infrastructure Orchestration was previously known as Environment Configuration. Many people and organizations are still using the old name, but for purpose of this SCM Knowledge Base We will stick with the newest trend as it is getting more and more popular with every month.

Additionally, in the Automation chapter I added a link to the Infrastructure Orchestration as both topics are very close to each other. You can find the new link here:
