How do I check the jdk version? java -version?

$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_65"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_65-b14-462-11M4609)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.65-b04-462, mixed mode)

The thingiverse stuff uses newer java 8 api.can you upgrade?java 6 is old anyway

Closing because the report refers to a very old version. Feel free to reply if the bug also happens in a recent version of VisiCut with Java >= 9.
