Add intelligent auto connecting for esp8266 running arduino.

Features

Auto connect to open APs

• Auto scan
• Auto select by best RSSI, optional lower limit
• Verify internet connection check for login redirects proxy etc.

Auto connect to list or wildcard APs

• Scan for secured APs matching preset or wildcards, auto connect with saved creds
• Possibly auto handle open wifi services by ISPs etc.

Manual scan list

• Start AP mode and provide selector
• Remove duplicate SSIDs, keep best
• Sort by RSSI
• Filter by RSSI
• Show protected status
• Debug show all AP and details of each, log ?

Wifimanager pretty much handles most of my needs, i was looking for a drive by wifi functinality alos, someone has already made a gps wifi tracker that auto connects and uses dns queries to send data through wifi aps along the root, this even works at highway speeds.
