I think we also need a comment about Dashboard refresh in the bugs fixed section. Something like:
Previously, when viewing a dashboard in server, if an extension API call was denied because the user did not have permission for that functionality, the dashboard would be refreshed and extension reloaded. This caused the user to potentially lose state. Now permission will be properly denied, but the dashboard and extension will not reload.

clearSelectedMarksAsync()I didn't mention anything about the library being available on
https://extensions.tableauusercontent.com/here. I'm thinking that we should talk about it it terms of compatibility. I have a rough draft of a topic called "Extensions API Versions and Tableau Compatibility" that isn't in this release. I'll send that out as a separate doc update.
