Tags with duplicate handles won’t merge #1

Some tags can have duplicate handles: Enraged Naked Molerat and enraged-naked-molerat both have the handle enraged-naked-molerat. Tag Manager cannot merge these two tags.

Workaround: edit one of the two tags to have the same name. (Technically this is an effective way to merge any tag with another tag, but the merge option is a bit faster.)
