Enable Panda::App to be used by other tools to set up the same ecosystem that bin/panda uses.

A step in the right direction :) I was wondering if maybe we should just have Panda::Ecosystem.new-default(), but I'll just go ahead and merge it, and ask smoketester-implementors what do they think about it. Thanks a lot! |
