Location paths containing dotfile path elements don't show files #494

Example:
Migrate a Tomboy note collection.

Steps:

  1. Add ~/.local/share/tomboy as a location

Expected:
Note files should show and any files or directories within the location should be hidden.

What happens:
No files are shown.

Files can be shown by toggling "Show files/directories with a dot(.) in front of the name" in Settings, but that should only apply to files/directories within a location.
