This mostly completes the gles20 backend. "Mostly" because it still requires several extensions to function correctly. Tested with ANGLE.

Some shaders had to be reworked to be translatable into legacy ESSL. A minimal legacy compatibility layer for shaders has been added in lib/legacy_compat.glslh, to be extended as needed. textureLod, textureGrad are not supported, even with the relevant extensions (remapped to plain texture). gl_InstanceID is not supported, which means specialized laser shaders won't work. The generic laser shader has been updated to not rely on gl_InstanceID. Some shaders have also been slightly optimized in the process.

A minor new feature has been added for shaders. If a shader contains uniform declarations such as:

uniform sampler2D mysampler;
uniform vec2 mysampler_SIZE;

then mysampler_SIZE will be automatically updated with the dimensions of the texture attached attached to the sampler.
