It seems to have vanished after fixing the cross thread api. The
afflicted counters should be synchronized properly when some internal
audio is re-inited now.

- Removed the voice control. It wasn't properly added as part of the
init chain, so it'd fuck with forked versions who mod stuff. Also it
seems to not work well / was extremely niche. If you want to re-add it,
do so in a fork.

- Changed 5% steppings of speed into a slider. There is currently an
audio bug that occurs when using the offthread CPU option in conjunction
with setting the speed ridiculously low. That's an open and known issue
that only is rearing its head as of late.

Only webkit engines seem to have issues with spawning webworkers inside
webworkers. I will NOT be making a webworker communicate to another
webworker by rerouting through the main thread, that's fucking retarded.

Seems window.globalStorage and/or window.localStorage does NOT exist on
localhost. Accessing its API throws an error as apparently it's not even
stubbed out to passively ignore writes and return null like one would
expect if access was normally denied.

Shared Memory had its spec changed in regards to the transfer list for
postMessage, update to conform and add a fallback for backcompat to the
now non-standard old test versions of browsers (There's an old firefox
nightly for MacOS 10.8 that supported shared memory, and nightly no
longer works there).

Changed the wrong defaults

Also undid the padding change for sub-menus. Feel free to comment/argue
on it.
