Not marking as bug, since we're not including mid-scanline rendering inside this emulator. It'll be a potential feature for the C++ port.

Do we have a document on the rendering logic yet? By that I mean the timings that occur internally to the PPU while it's drawing a scanline. The current definitions I've seen are incomplete (Pixel output clock timings are NOT tile fetching timings).
