Add on-thread GPU rendering option #28

As of right now, the emulator attempts to spawn a separate thread for GPU rendering if it can under all circumstances. It only does on-thread as a fallback. We should allow the fallback to be selected by the user for the rare case they're still running a single core CPU rig.
