Bug: AI assistant auto-loads a response in editor without user query ( create automation )

When creating a new automation and landing on the Editor step, the AI assistant automatically loads or generates a response in the chat without the user asking any question.

Expected Behavior
The AI assistant should remain empty or show a placeholder message.

Actual Behavior
A response is automatically generated on initial load.
