The utexas website is not available anymore, but we have made an effort to continue providing all the datasets previously available on utexas. We now host these datasets in a different place. The following link includes (among other things) most of the simulated and biological datasets that Tandy Warnow's lab had previously provided through http://www.cs.utexas.edu/~phylo.
