fix(deps): accept sandbox 0.2 runtime peer

• widen the sandbox peer dependency to the 0.1/0.2 compatible range
• update runtime dev dependency to @tangle-network/sandbox 0.2.1
• refresh the executionId docs now that PromptOptions exposes replay fields
